Self stick insulation pins used in conjunction with self locking washrs, provide a quick and effective method for securing insulation to smooth surfaces, such as air ducts, attenuators, chambers and enclosures, without the need for welding or drilling.
1. Wide application: Ideal for securing mineral wool, rock wool, and other insulation materials onto walls, ceilings, floors, metal buildings etc.
2. Ready-to-Use Adhesive: A steel base which is backed with a ready to use "peel & stick" foam adhesive for quick and convenient application onto metal surfaces.
3. Strong Adhesion: Once the base is stuck onto the metal surface, its very hard to drag it down.
4. High Hardness & Corrosion-resistant Material: Made from stainless steel, galvanized steel, or aluminum, resistant to corrosion.
5. Various Of Self Locking Washers Or Dome Caps Available: Ensures the insulation stays securely in place.

* Simply peel off the backing tape.
* Stick the pin to the surface where the insulation will be placed.
* Put the insulation in place, and push the insulation onto the pin.
* Push the self locking washer over the pin.
* Important note: add the cap or bend the pin over on itself to avoid it impaling someone.
* Your insulation is now hanging without the fear of falling.
